FBA-xxx Pro v1.11-- Posted by XanTium on March 7 11:22 EST
+ T + released a new version of FBA-xxx Pro(info). What's new/fixed:
* Fixed inverted CPS buttons 5 and 6.
* Fixed inverted CPS PPP and KKK controls.
* Other fixes to controller config. (should be perfect now)
* Fixed sf2ce default dipswitch settings.

Right, this is driving me to distraction... I'm trying to get a set for SVC-Chaos working that I have and am having no luck whatsoever... My CRCs don't match up with any of the sets in the DATs, even though they work on WinKawaks perfectly. From what I've been able to see modifying the DAT files is of stuff all use. Can anyone help me at all with this, I've spent two days solid trying to get this working. *sniffle sniffle puppyeyes*

There's an option in FBA-XXX Pro to disable CRC checks on your ROMsets...that might help launch a lot more ROMs if you haven't updated your sets using the DATs.

Ah, I was keeping an eye out for such an option, but haven't seen it. I'll have to have a better look.

Theorically, if you need fbaxxx pro, it is because you are collecting roms and need all the latest roms + CRC so disabling CRC in fbaxxx pro is a nonsense.

I agree.

The readme states that this option has only been left in for testing purposes and if you can't find the required ROMsets you should use the original FBA-XXX instead since the ROMs it uses are much easier to acquire.
