I was using the final fantasy games on the emulator PCSXBOX.V.13 I kept getting no battle menu screens, so I looked at the compatiblity list and it said unmap throttle , so I did that, but it did not work.
So let me show you how to really fix that problem.
1. start the emulator *duh*
2 go to where you keep your roms.
3.on the file for the game (img,bin,mdf) hit the x button on the xbox controller (A new menu should pop up)
4. on the new menu go to graphics fixes open it up a new menu shall appear.
5. turn Use low-res fps timer.
6.now go back to the main menu
7.configuration
8. controller configuration
9.which ever controller your using (i use controller one for the ff games lmao)
10. change joypad mappings
11.change UI mappings
12.take off fast forward/throttle
13. Wallah no more battle menus not showing up ever and fixes alot of problems with other roms crashing.
