i am a huge fan of the initial d arcade games such as Initial D: Arcade Stage. I was just wondering if anybody knows of an emulator that emulates this game and others like it. I am doubtful since sega used totally different software, but, a guy can hope can't he? oh yeah, and if its not out there, is it possible to emulate this game?

the runs on NAOMI 2 so unless they plan to port it, you have a fat chance of seeing this game.

Initial D: Special Stage is out for PS2 so thats your best bet

Nope the Initial D games are on Naomi 2 hardware, which is not emulated at this time.
(and wont be emulated for atleast another couple years since they pretty much seem to be focusing on getting Model3 emulating working)

So nope, not gonna happen on Xbox1, maybe on Xbox360 or PS3 but i doubt Naomi will be emulated anytime soon.

i thought u couldnt emulate PS2 on the xbox....unless you're just saying buy a Ps2 and this game, in which case i say, hell no lol
