Pcsxbox Memory Card Saves

i have a few saves on my psx memory cards, and was wondering if they could be imported into pcsxbox? the ps2 has a usb slot, so im thinking: ps1 card>usb>pc>xbox. can this be done?( i know some cheat devices support the usb slot) can anyone help?
