OK I have XSnes9X installed to my hard drive, and I have tried burning DVDs with the roms in their appropriate folders per GoodTools and when I access the DVD-ROM browser feature from within XSnes9X it says "1 rom(s) found" and there are 2 dots in the upper left part of the screen where the rom list would normally begin. Does anyone know for sure how to use the DVD-ROM browser feature so I can run games from a DVD-R with XSnes9x on the hard drive or is that even possible??
I should add that the rompath option in the .ini file is default at d:/roms so I put all the rom folders into a main directory called roms on the DVD and still no dice. I have also tried putting the roms in the root of the disc, but still no roms showing up. I know it is not the media, I am using Qwix to create the ISO so those are not the problems as I have tried this many many times and this is the only emulator I'm having this problem with.
