Surreal Settings For Virtual Pro Wrestling 2

I can't seem to get Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 to work with Surreal. Others have Confirmed that VPW2 DOES work with Surreal, so it must be an issue with my settings. What setings should I use? Any help would be appreciated, thanks....
