MS Coding Document For Unsigned Xbox360 Dev

Just wanted to point this out as it is the latest story on the xbox-scene.com home page.

I wonder if this will allow for homebrew/emulators to be run with out the need of a modchip for the 360.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but did MS do somthing like this for the orignal xbox?

Also sorry if this is in the wrong fourm but i just kinda of wanted to discuss it here
