Ultraxle (64 Games Not Booting)

hey, so far i have tried 3 roms, 1 worked perfectly and the other 2 dont work at all. they simply boot to a black screen. can anyone help me?

DOnt use ultraXLE.  Use Surreal, it includes an updated version of the core emulator in UltraXLE, plus 2 more emulators, all with a nice menu system, and it runs most N64 roms.

ive tried surreal, it keeps saying i have no roms even though i do! i have even edited the ini file but still no luck
