Mystical Ninja, Starring Goemon. Sky Glitch

It's amazing, I've had so many trouble to get this game to run on my pc, it runs fine on the xbox besides the sky has some graphical glitches on it, black lines. I'm using the Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon (U) [!].zip. Anyone have a solution, or alternate rom to fix this problem. I tried some other E and U roms, but the game had the common slow down problem. Thanks.
