Can Pcsxbox Be Run From The Z/y/z Partitions?

Im asking this because i want to burn a couple of games to a pcsxbox cd-r/dvd-r
that will install to one of those partitions and thus saving hdd space, an auto-installer if you will. if it is possible in thory when i run a game such as halo 2 it will erase the install and run as normal.
