Roms Wont Work On Surreal 64

I successfully installed surreal 64 onto my xbox but it cant find the roms. I made sure to change the .ini file to the directory of the roms before installing, and I even tried Surreal 64 V1.0 and xxx3b. Thanks in advance for any help.

did you try pressing Y, it says press Y to refresh but its hard to see the Y since its blended in.

Yea, I pressed Y until my thumb went sore but still no roms. Also, on the older version surreal I pressed the icon in the lower right hand corner but still, nothing.

This question gets asked every second day........

Have you read the pinned help topic above? Specifically the section:

"What to do if your Roms dont show up"

Any answer you get from us is going to be identical as whats in there. Save yourself the time of waiting for answers and just do some reading. There are numerous reasons this can be happening.

I read that already and it didn't help me. I thought there might have been a chance that someone else had the same issue as I have and solved it some other way

You have my apologies then. If you have the correct roms (and verfied this by checking them,), checked the ini, etc - I really don't know what the problem could be  :blink:.

My last suggestion would be to get new copy of surreal from "the usual places", detele the old surreal save and try again.

This probelem has always baffled me as I have installed surreal on numerous boxes and never once had a problem using the steps provided in the help thread.  :huh:
