I don't know anything about adding USB support, but I can tell you that the most common reason SNES ROMS do not work is because they do not have the correct file extension... or any extension at all.  Your ROMS need to either have a recognized SNES fom file extension (.smc is the most common) or they need to be zipped.

Wanted to post a note:

Mednafenx-nes v5 fixed the hacked rom issue for the roms i have tried.  Mednafenx has 100% taken over as best NES emulator, though i do like the old option of Zapper Support instead of the new Controller option...but oh well

A more complete list of things that ARE NOT emulated to the xbox - if there are still some missing or if i added something here by mistake then tell me so i can fix it
Consoles

There may be a chance for some of these to come out for the xbox but you shouldn't count on it.  If any of the emulators or version of the emulators are incorrect just tell me and i'll fix it  beerchug.gif

I can't believe everybody has forgotten the Amstrad PCW. They were pretty nice machines but as all Amstrad were something of Europeans

What are people's experiences of PS1 emulation on the X-Box like? Is it worth bothering with? I assume from the first topic it is, but just how impressed are people by it? And how many MBs on average are you looking at for PS1 isos?

Same question, but with the 32X and MegaCD? I missed out on the 32X, and i owned a MegaCD very, very briefly as a kid, so i missed out on the SonicCD and God knows what else. So yeah, are they worth bothering with as well?

Apologies for the ammount of questions!

I disagree! Everything i've read across the whole thread has been very helpful, and it helps contain the questions of those who might not necessarily know all too much about the emulation scene, who might otherwise fill the forum up with redundant threads.

Can i ask for a feature in this thread?

Can the recently updated/changed/added entries be given a bold, an underline, or an italic bold?  i try to keep up on all the emulators, and i see the OP was updated, but i can't tell what changed since the last time i looked 3 weeks ago.

thanx!

Will do.   Maybe I should just put a date next to them that shows the date of the last update?
