Have I Killed My Xbox

Got a HUGE problem, installed chameleon mod chip in xbox, worked for a while but now has killed my xbox. Gettin red/orange light when booting up and not gettin any output to my tv. Tried Taking the chip out and booting it up but does the same thing, what have i done to it, not getting anything out of it at all.
