Pal Lightgun Not Working With Fceultrax?

Hi. I have a PAL x-box and a PAL tv (does not support NTSC). I have a PAL lightgun which works fine in normal games, but I am unable to calibrate it in fceUltraX which I guess is because the program is NTSC?

Is it possible to make a PAL x-box, nesgame and lightgun work with FCE UltraX or is fceUltraX only compatible with NTSC lightguns/tv?
