I recently purchased the Dragon's Lair 20th Anniversary Special Edition CD Pack (includes Dragon's Lair, Dragon's Lair II: Time Warp, and Space Ace). These games all play fine on my Xecuter 3 (XBMC) Xbox when played from the DVD drive but I'd like to copy them to my XBOX HD (250GB) to keep them from being destroyed by my kids.
I copied them to my HD using DVD2Xbox and everything copied over (except 2 of the .vob files....I had to move them over manually) With all of the files now residing locally on my Xbox I tried to fire it up using DVD-X2 (Dongle Free DVD Player) and Xbox Media Player. Neither of these players initialize any of the games. I was curious if there was a .config file for DVD-X2 or XMP to read from a defined path on the HD instead of reading from the DVD drive? Is this the problem or is there more to it? I just want to get these games working from the HD of my Xbox instead of playing them from the DVD drive.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
