Hi, I am trying to get Winuaex to work from DVDr and load games from the same source. I'm having to do this as I think I have an exploit method xbox and have extreme trouble trying to get things to run from HD.
I've managed to get everything on the dvd I want but am having the following problems :
1. Winuaex boots up but is just a set of options centred in the middle of a black screen, there is no skin whatsoever.
2. When I try and boot any of the games I have on the dvd, it jumps straight to a black screen and I have to reboot it seems to have locked up and also the menus are gone (I am clicking the button that should bring up the menu to test this).
Anybody any ideas? I've had a look at the files you get with it and can't make head nor tail of whether I should/need to edit them to get things working straight from DVD. Any help anyone can give me on that one would be much appreciated.
I did have a version of Uaex that worked fine except I couldn't load any games that didn't use Kickstart 1.3 even though I had the other Kickroms on the disk.
Anybodys help on any of this would be much appreciated.
