create a GDF format image (a.k.a xiso) with the emulator at the root of the disc. you can burn roms on it by creating a separate folder on the disc then specifying this folder in the emulators ini file.
if you wish to put multiple emulators on a self-booting disc, you must look into using multi-game menus.
