Launching An Emu Straight Into A Game?

Hi
Is there any way to pass a game to the emulator on start-up to bypass the menu?
I want to select a game from the dash (Using Images) because my 3 year old can’t read yet.
Or is there a simple Emulator that lists only games and no options. (Systems: NES, SNES, SEGA, ARCADE)?
