Mameox Wont Load

MameOx and all my roms are in place (just like all the other emulators/roms I have) When I try to start Mame it gets stuck on the loading screen...my question is Could I re-intall the emulator and leave the roms where they are? Or is there something else i need to do to get this bad boy running? Thanks again for your help on this I really appreciate it.

As long as you don't overwrite the folder that you put the roms in then you should be fine. Which screen is it locking up on specifically the very first screen before you get to see any of the roms listed, because it may not be locked up you have to hit start or back, forgot which one it was to go to the next screen.

Don't know if this issue ever got resolved, but I'm having the same problem.  All my emulators run prefectly except MAMEox.  I've downloaded (twice) MAMEox128 Plus! 20060505 from the usual places, unrared and copied all the files over (F:\Emulators\MAMEoX128_Plus_ver20060505\).  Both xbe files are in place, and I maintained the file structure from the rar.  My dash (UnleashX) as well as XBMC both find it, but  when I try to load it from either place, I get a blank screen.  I've tried waiting a minute or so, pushing every button, and always have to reboot.  I would greatly appreciate any help.
