Would increasing my Xbox's memory help run the N64 games like Goldeneye, Perfect Dark or the Rouge Squadron games better? or the RAM upgrade not worth it at all for emulation?

I've wondered this myself.  I'm about to drop quite a bit of money on a memory upgrade, that is completely for the purposes of running Surreal64xxx.

How much does this increase performance?  Does anybody have the experience to let me know if it's worth the trouble?

IMO, it made the most noticeable difference in Surreal.  Games like Super Smash Bros that used to stutter all the time stutter far less now.

Does a 2006 Manufactured Xbox have more memory then a 2003 or 2002 Xbox.

No, but if it's a v1.6 XBox (and it almost certainly would be) it can't have the 128 MB upgrade.
