Can I Converge All The Memory Cards

I have pcsxbox version 1, 11, and 13. Some games only work on version 1, some only on version 13, some on both. So i was wondering if I could make all the emulators use the same memory cards, So I can play a game on any of the versions and don't have to worry about it not being my most current save. Get what I'm saying.
