Ok so after I hit load kernel and set all that crap up and I load kernel a and hit ok the xbox boots up but then goes to this screen that says "Your xbox requires service please contact costomer service" and there is a 16 in the top left hand corner Im not sure if thats an error number or what?  What the heck is going on? <

The service screen can come up for a variety of reasons...

"16 - dashboard

Other files to do with dashboard or the dashboard settings this is a specific
dashboard error"

Maybe you need to rename a file or two. Make sure the correct file has the correct name. <

i found it easiest to use the dashupdate on a new game like mech assualt 2 just make sure you aint connected to net <
