wow freakdave thanks a bunch.

Are you good enough that you think you could incorporate the rice plugin to it?
Because I really think the creators have given up and I'm sure we would all donate to your cause if you really could do it.

are you dumb? the creators have put more time into this project than obviously you recognize/appreciate.  Thanks for this hacked version of Surreal, I'm sure it's great, but I'll be waiting for Surreal v2.

personaly i think its great some minor fixes that can hold is over till the big update is totaly cool with me. But i would say that everyone should calm down and not start begging for stuff like plugin update and stuff. Leave that up to surrealv2 when its released. this is just minor cool updates

news flash for the dork above (not directly above) you cannot hack open source software lol. It's a bug fix or feature addition (however you look at it) but by definition open source software is meant to be messed with, why else would they give you the code to look at wink.gif

I was wondering if anyone has UDE2 and has SurrealFDB working?... Right now I'm having difficulties with it. SurrealV1.0 works fine on mine, but I'm wondering why FDB isn't. The program won't load at all. Its as if its trying to redirect the loading back to browsing on my dashboard (evo-x 3935). Thank you very much

Try patching it with UnleashX or a other patcher or try using a newer BIOS (IND-BIOS is a good one) it works perfect here!

Have you tried launching it with another Dashboard ?
Maybe you should checkout this thread(Kernel,Videomode)

SurrealFDB is compiled in Release Mode btw.And i'm using UX as Dashboard, just FYI.

Status Update :
I've some major problems with my screen resize function, therefore it's unlikely that it's going to be available in the next release.Changing and loading controller sensitivity values from Surreal.ini works so far,i'm just cleaning up my code and testing different filter modes :

laugh.gif  laugh.gif  that psx filther is great!

and hey conker dont work pretty well in surreal 1.0

but in the other cvs release conker worked with skippy sound but it definetly worked better than surreal 1.0 (all the other games sucked in the cvs)

anyway to make it work like the cvs...only conker maybe?

UnleashX says it doesn't need to be patched. Tried to load it from UnleashX and it freezes on the load screen. I might be wrong but I though bios was for people who have chips because I do not have a regular bios with UDE2 because of nkpatcher? Kernal 5838 for the method is the m8 bios I think.

Read the forum, but it was about installing UDE/UDE2...

Also deleted my save files to see if that worked, but sadly to say Im about out of options from what I see. Thank you everyone for the help.
