i installed a Xenium chip in a xbox 1.6
rebuild the LCP and put the chip in place.

now when i press the powerbutton, my xbox boots up
but i only get a blank screen, no flubber, no dashboard, no error,
no xenium menu.

the xbox front panel light is solid green
just as the light on the chip.
for a second the light on the chip is orange (thats when i press the powerbutton)
but afther that i turns green

Than comes a second strange thing, when i press the on/off button my xbox doenst react at it.
i have to remove the powercable, when i after a while replug the cable my xbox starts without me pressing on the on/off button

Someone help me out please!

are you using a 3rd party rgb scart cable, i had the same problem, plugged the original scart adapter back in and the os screen came up no probs, dont know about the other problem though.
