Hmm I've bought the Beretta 92fs, it works perfectly in the calibration screen of Mameox but blows in any of the games. In operation wolf it's like it treats 1/3 of the screen as the entire range of the gun, so if you move to the top right of the actual screen it moves to roughly around the middle.
Terminator 2 the cross hair is off the screen somewhere despite the in built terminator 2 calibration screen appearing to recognise it moving around.
I think the gun must send some weird range numbers to the mameox control system. I notice it switches from positive to negative numbers somewhere roughly around the middle of the screen.
If anyone has got any ideas let me know please.
I'm using a Grundig Xentia 72cm tv I believe it's 100hz but I've tried it in with the xbox outputting normal PAL, PAL60 and NTSCM (TV can display these modes), same thing occurs in all of them - calibration screen works perfectly, games barely work at all. I think maybe the Mameox control system doesn't currently pay any heed to the calibration screen?
I use a 24" 4:3 PAL TV, my XBox Beretta 92FS XBox Lightgun behaves exactly as you guys described it, i tried setting the dash to 50Hz instead of 60Hz with some improvements in Op Wolf but not anyway near playable.
The Beretta work suberbly in HOT3 and Starsky & Hutch, in the sniper game (can´t remember it´s name  ) you have to turn up brightnes so high it hurts looks like crap.
I bought the berettas only for my Arcade cabinet hoping to add lightgun support
Thinking about buying the Mad Cats lightguns, can anyone confirm it´s working with MameDox?
