Buy a Duo!  Actually I am interested in what the Xenium users have to say.  I purchased my X3s based on popularity (was hoping for better support).  I plan on purchasing a Xenium to put in a 1.6 this month.

He didnt ask why should he choose xecutor over xenium.  He asked why we chose xenium.  And according to one of your statements, it makes perfect sense to ask that question in this forum.  He could just as well ask a corresponding question in the xecutor forum.

And I really dont know what you read.  I didnt refer anything that I said to you in particular.  Therefore, I never referenced whether you were biased or not.  So therefore, no reference, no failure.

You have a perfect right to your opinion.  Your more than welcome to be biased to the x3.  I guess you could say I'm biased to the xenium.  Thats because we're both happy with our chips selection.  I cant say I dont like the X3, because I never used it.  My point was quite simple.  Unless you were stating why you bought a xenium, your opinion wasnt asked for.  

Enough with the literal stuff already.  It's boring.  How about you enjoy your chip, I enjoy mine, he'll enjoy his, and we can all be happy little hackers together?   beerchug.gif

No one stole any idea for and "OS" or Uber bios from anyone. It was just the next logical step in the progression of modchips, most 4th chips can be entirely controlled by the "OS' or bios. The thing with the X3 is that both are  intergrated so you never have to worry about updating both your OS and bios. You only have to worry about updating one thing.

If all you want are to play backups don't get a Xenium or Xecuter, get a cheapmod or Tsop(no live play, except on 1.0) flash. Save yourself some money, and if later on you decide to spend bigger bucks on a better chip then go for it.

Pal RGB issue? Im using the Xenium Os fine on my Pal tv..

EDIT: never mind i think i remember reading something about it - it doesnt work right if you have the advanced AV pack or somthing ye?

Let's be clear on a couple of points.

Without Xecuter or Evox bios you have nothing. Nada. A paperweight.

You can also run a multitude of scripts on an x3  from usb / http / cd / hd which you cannot do with any other chip - the command list os very very long - you should read up on it

if v1.7 comes out tomorrow who cracks it ? Evox or Xecuter - not Xodus - again relying on 3rd parties to do anything real with the Xbox.

there is a reason why we outsell all other mods. there is also a reason why we hve the largest community of any other mod / bios producer.

Yes i prefer X3's overall but there are cheaper chips that fit the needs of other users and some of the time its the Xenium. Duo's are popular too.

Do you guys truly think all those bells and whistles that require extra effort to use really matter to people that just want a solid chip? Do you really think someone says "Yeah, I want the blow pop and strobe light attachment that comes with this chip" No, they go with whatever one is presented the best.

The only thing holding Team Xodus back from taking a lead over you guys is the marketing and look of the product. They could use a face lift but you coming into the Xenium's forum trying to swing your dick out, it isn't winning you anybody.

I know how back stabbing this scene can be and to say you guys haven't picked up a way or method of doing something from another team and marketing it as your own is BS man...There is no way you guys have never been "aspired" or "motivated" by a whiff of what another team was trying to accomplish.

You said it, you guys were built on stealing and rewriting someone else's code, that surely makes you the honest scout on this block right? It's much easier editing and writing around already written code than building from the ground up a customized Bios using nothing but free code.
