its a car racing game. very old style graphics (like nes)-i think!?!?

you drive from the bottom to the top, there was a black and/or red car i think.

you could shoot at other cars and you had to drive into a truck from the back. (similar to knight rider..)

not much, but maybe someone knows it??

i played it 1990 in an arcade in italy (vacation).

it was a sega genesis game, my brother found it in a garbage can when i was around 6 years old

from what i remember

it starts out as a first person driving game

then you would drive until you ran out of gas, after you ran out of gas you would get out of your car and it became a 2d side scrolling shooting game

from what i remember when you got out of your car, it became really hard

sorry if the desciption is bad, but i was young when i played it

and no its not technocop, which is also a game were you drive a car and then get out and shoot people

[help or need help]

I need some help finding a game i played in the arcades it seems in the range of 84-90 all i remember is it was like final fight left to right beatup people but i remember something that anoyed me was when you would play for so long there was a timer above each of the players and when the timer ran out you had to put in anouther quater

There has been disputes in my house for a long time about this game my moms boyfriend and my best friend thought it was street fighter 1 since they seemed to remember it had ryu and ken but i keep telling them street fighter 1 was a fighting 1 on 1 game so maybe it had people that looked like them.


Its not a lot but i was 7 and the timer was the one thing i remember that i didn't like since i didn't have a lot of money.

i dont know if its even emulated but it could be.


The funny thing about devel world is if i wouldn't have found it a couple years ago i would have finally found it here since i only could remember the level with the bridges and how you would go over them and they would break but i think i played the 3 player one with the added extra guy i cant recall the name but i thank its the bootleg version.

Are there any other details you remember? Since the distinctive timer you describe sounds like a dipswitch function that may not have been enabled in all cabinets. There are several games I know of from that time period that fit your basic description.

is it Crime Fighters? thats the only game i can think of that i think has timer for life and its a final fight style game.

The first game that comes to mind based on your description is Double Dragon.  I don't remember any timer over the guys heads, but there was a timer.

Thanks for trying to help it could be crime fighters im going to have to play around with it its not double dragon i play those games all the time its a game

crime fighters is a 91 game but who knows ill take a look
