The only failing of XeniumOS is it's inability to output video on a 1.6 PAL xbox via the RGB scart.

Is anyone from teamXodus looking at this? <

Yes, this is currently a high priority bug, and is being activly resolved. Expect a fix for most/all 1.6 video issues with our next release.

This chip is more or less unusable for me as it stands (although it did fix my 1.6 console).

It's a shame really, Team Xodus are keen to knock the X3 at every opportunity, but at least it works for PAL users as it should and as such renders X3 and SmartXX the only 4th gen viable choices for PAL users.

As appleguru pointed out, the release will come when it's ready. As it stands now, it's not quite ready. There are more things being worked on then just that one bugfix, and we do not currently consider just that one bugfix alone enough reason to warrant an update. When everything slated for the next version is ready to be released, it will be released. There's nothing more to it.

And another month ticks by

I seriously doubt teamxodus is EVER going to release a fixed XOS now, Xbox 360 is due in a few months and as long as they can keep diverting attention away from the fact that their support is appalling by making stupid videos of people kicking xbox down stairs etc, concentrating on OTHER MANUFACTURERS chips and announcing vapourware like the Skryer, that should mean they wont have to bother fixing their problems on the "old" console

It wouldn't be so bad if we could downgrade the OS to a version that worked properly, that would be a nice gesture on behalf of teamxodus if they're not going to actually release a real fix any time soon.

Ya well xodus is like the king of procrastination on the xbox scene. I'd suggest getting an x2.6 or x3 if you want your xbox working now, you can have it installed and running a while before xodus releases a fix. <

Team Xodus are a joke, I've never seen so much vapourware from one company (except maybe infinum labs)

Does this problem only occur in Xenium OS? If so, it's not a big deal, since I never use the Xenium OS anyway anymore... <
