when i get my new hdd wich is lockable to lock it do i just turn xbox on then goto disk tools and lock it thats it and then from then on i can go into ms dash? or is there more to it? B4 i install shoul i get any files off 1st hdd i already hav c &e backed up pre evox and post evox.

thx but once i lock it can i got in evox and ms dash w/o doing anything or will i have to unlock for evox and lock for ms or just leave locked forever

You can leave it locked forever. just make sure you have the eeprom and hddkey incase

Use evox and select back. You can backup the eprom from within the Xenium menu though...It'll be saved to C:\
