Softmodded Xbox Causes Roms Not To Load In Surreal

I have a sotmodded xbox, I ran surreal, the roms showed up but i everytime i ran one it it loaded 100% and came up black.    I installed Moderns Audio Hack V3 which runs fine.  I also tried Surreal64 on a modded xbox and it works perfectly.  What do I need to do to run these roms, the roms i tried do work on the modded xbox?
