New Hard Drive, No Live?

i replaced my temp drive with my replacement wd 120, so i took flashftxp and copied each directory over to my pc, formatted new drive copied them back over and locked it.  Everything works fine but my live account is not on my new hard drive.  all the downloaded content is though.  Is there a special folder that needs to be copied to get the account back on?  I think it might be fishy to M$ if i recover my account twice in a week.

No.
You did everything fine according to what you said.
Everything transfers over EXCEPT for the xbox live account.
You need to do an account recovery to get the live account back onto that hard drive.
