Xboyadvance And Choppy Music

how come in my xboy advance, some of the games (river city ransom, tony 4) music like chops up and loops
its so annoying, i tried many graphical choices and shit, still same thing

and also, how come once i enter a game, and do the whole preload settings
when i try to enter the game again
it wont let me touch those things?
goes straight to load

The XBox just isn't powerful enough for accurate GBA-Emulation, so you have to live with it or buy the real deal.

Just press "X" instead "A" when you select the game.

Just set Frameskip to 9. Contrary to how this sounds, it doesn't actually cause the emu to skip 9 frames It only skips as many as are necessary to keep the emulation running up to speed. 9 is just the maximum it will go to.
