Hi ...im a graphic designer and i want it to show my version of the surreal logo.
this was drawn in paint because my adobe illustrator its not working ...but tomorrow i will show you the illustrator version of the logo and the complete GUI
like the surreal 2´s one with the same theme as the logo. who knows maybe lantus and odd like this for their long awaited surreal 2.(IMG:http://ash.gq.nu/surreal2.jpg)

i think that conker its the perfect "pet" for surreal...because he´s now in our side and i really like it.
i dont work in paint but as i said my illustrator doesnt work.
today im gonna work on the Gui and the logo in a friend´s pc.
this is a very very early version any oppinions are accepted.
i just feel like i want to add something to this great emulation community.
so what do you think?

neat idea, using the rareware 'R"

i know it's only using paint, however something is missing.

perhaps more characters, to represent all the characters that exist on the system,

(mario, etc.)  the black just seems like a void, that it needs some color.

nice first step though!  Can't wait for 2 to come out! :beer:

im really looking fwd to work in illustrator because its by far more professional than paint. i hope lantus and odd like it.

but i want to make a good design ...maybe if i put a lot of characters, the complete idea its gonna be missed.

i need a very n64-esque but minimalist style

To build off the earlier response of needing more characters, I agree.  How about instead of true black, make it a shadowy gray with black highlights around the edges and in the foreground, perhaps under the logo, have like a big gathering of various n64 characters kinda like this Simpsons group picture  only not so many characters.

As for your Illustrator not working, man that sucks.

how about taking all of the big character from super smash bros.
all those characters are major roles in the n64
but as your theme but conker real big in the middle....or not
but you should make conker stand out more than the rest

You could also use a nice free prog called DogWaffle.
it's similar to Photoshop.

As for characters, I thought since Surreal v1 has Toad and Paper Mario as the Mascots maybe yould could stick to the Nintendo guys.  Even so, though, we all love Conker and it's ur idea so do what you want :)
