Good luck finding an answer. I've posted here three or four times asking just how to do this, since all the popular emulators claim to support command-line launching, yet none seem to document quie how to do it.

It's seems hardly anyone here is interested in doing this, and certainly no-one (that I've seen) has actually done it successfully.

That said, flying off the handle three hours after your original post is probably a tad rash...

Well, i have come to the conclusion that either the documentation is wrong, or evox/fceu are not working togeather correctly.

CODE
Item "Super Mario Bros", "E:\EMU\Nintendo\default.xbe",ID_CMD,"\NESROMS\smb.zip"

That should have launched super mario bro's fine. It just instead launched fceultra.

Same line didnt work with xSnes9x either. Full path on the zip didnt work either.

Not sure on this one.

PS- I dont think surreal supports it?

lantus said here that its broke in his current WIP.

So that explains xsnes9x not working.

lantus/Xport/Chacaris

ummmmm....it's Carcharius

and sorry but I haven't got a scooby - none of my projects have command line support and I don't use that functionality on anything else either.
