http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemu/Not really suitable for a port (Yet) but it's definitely worth checking out and with the powerpc emulation coming on strides it won't be long before we're booting OSX with it (Not on the xbox). Windows98 runs pretty nice through emulation on my P4 3ghz with 512meg of ram through Gentoo.
