Xsnes9x Won't Load It Hangs On Dash Skin

Hello ,
          I just ftp over to my modded xbox :gameboy color, mameox and xsnes9x.
all but xsnes9x works xsnes9x just hangs

it did work the first time i put it in but could not find any roms in the roms list then the next time I tried it it would not even work. So I deleted it and re ftp it over and rebooted xbox the  I tried xsnes9x again and it it still hangs. What up?
i used slayers auto install 2.5 then put the xsnes9x folder in the emulator folder just like i did with gameboy color and mameox and they work.
