Is There A Way To Do Macros In Fba4?

I love using FBA4 more then I do Kawa-X to play games (mostly because when playing NeoGeo games I don't have to worry about somebody hitting their thumb on the analog and bringing up the dip switches).  There are two gripes I have with FBA4.

#1 I wish you could save your controller config per game, but this isn't what's really getting to me.

#2 There is no option in the button config for pushing buttons together besides the 3 punches and 3 kicks.  I like having certain buttons macroed together because it's easier on the fighters when playing (like in Kawa-X, R does your TOP move in Garou:MOTW).  Is there a way to edit the FBA4 ini file or one of the files period to macro buttons together?
