yeah but back in the day i thought they were the shit

i remember me and my brother saying things like "oh wow thats awesome"
"someday we will be able to move our character around in graphics like that"




the n64 wasn't that bad, but i always thought that the psx pictures were more crisp and welded together more

 With Zelda it wasn't so much about the graphics, either on the N64, snes or nes but the gameplay. And on the N64 the sounds were just as much an integral part of the game that drew (well me at least) into the whole magical world of Hyrule.

Personally I don't give a funt about the console or who made it - it's about enjoying games. If that was the case, and I guess it was for quite a while, I would have never bought an Xbox because of the whole 'I hate evil MS' thing. I bought one because I read that there where these really cool emulators so you could play all your old games from just one magic box. My Snes, Megadrive, N64, Playstation, Amiga and Spectrum are now all boxed up and put away safe - much to my girlfriends relief
