I like the page, although you should think of adding a "contributor" field to the info on each game. Also, maybe something for conflicting results. Zero and myself are apparently the only two people in the world that can't get Majora's Mask [!] to run properly. Also, I played a US Dump of Yoshi's story. Don't have the CRC or emulator info now as I'm at work, but I'll post it soon.

Pilotwings is listed as perfect, I've played this extensively on the xbox tried the (E) & (U) goodrom and I have some graphics issues some levels play perfect but most suffer in some way from the bleed problem (Which I believe is an issue with Rice's plugin) it's playable but it's far from perfect. If someone has got this to play perfect could they please post which goodrom they used and what settings as I love this game.

*hoho*). but what i notice is, that most of the gfx glitches could already be fixed with the recent available plugins. as the emu was leeched first, and i havn't recognized its porter by now, i woder if it is still in progress... for instance, when i visit the projects sourceforge site, there isn't one entry in the boards, no offence, but im sick of n64 emu ports coming out and never been improved... is there anything i should know?

| QUOTE (harlekin @ Jan 21 2004, 04:34 PM) | first off all, you guys did an amazing job, i know how hard it is to create a compatibility list this accurate (because a german board i visit fails on it every time.. *hoho*).

If this emulator was never updated I'd still be a happy man but I suspect it will get at least another couple of updates look at Lantus's previous projects.

| QUOTE (elvato @ Jan 21 2004, 01:18 AM) | I have played Ocarina of Time Master Quest... it plays fine till the end, but it freezes at the end (ie. you beat the game but can't see the ending) ..... in Project 64 and 1964 .... but in 1964 you can't load savetstates cause the game freezes, no problem in PJ64...
Majoras Mask runs fine in 1964, but as many people say, it has missing textures and sometimes freezes in the third day end, also it becomes really slow when you enter the the room to the left of deku city, after you beat the first dungeon ... after a while it froze there too.... haven't gotten any further yet..... |
It's a known issue with Master's Quest that you can't finish it on either emulator, check out this post for more information.

Zelda Ocarina of time is completable I know I just completed it and the ending sequence plays fine. I'll post a shots of the last boss when I setup somewhere to host my pics (If forgot the URL of the place I was hosting, if anyone could point in the direction of somewhere that's free and has reasonable reliablity I'd be grateful)
I only had a couple issues throughout the game none of them stopped me playing and none that really affected my enjoyment of the game. It's good to to finally put an old ghost to bed.
