1.the sticky controlers bug fixed not majer but rather annoying playing no-mercy.

I have no clue what you even just suggested.

English please

2.beast wars transmetels working. rice neds to fix his driver for it its just a memery leak can be fixed rather easly.

Its a matter of memory. I wouldnt expect to see it fixed anytime in this next year if the new 1964 src doesnt fix it.

I dont get what people like about that game...

QUOTE
5.support for more games of course.

Lets hold off on the "OMG LOOK ITS THE SUN" suggestions, alright guys?

but this emulator is aruldy owning for being the first version and auldy plays many games.

wtf?

Dude...english.

As to the turbo option...i really doubt your ever going to see it. Most games take up every bit of the xbox CPU just to run at normal speed. That leaves NO room for any turbo. Its a matter of whether its worth it to even bother with it. As much as i would like it, i dont think its worth it.

Japanese Box Art?
Well, that's asking a lot, and I guess I could just look through each jpg one by one and change them if I wanted.

And I accidentally switch between Mempack and Rumblepack when I make stunts in Waverace. Maybe you could add an option to configure the button wich makes the switching happening.

Seconded.

Also is it possible for a timeout option? So if a game doesn't load in a certain amount of time (signifying it not working or the emulator has crashed), could you make it auto-reset?

That would be a huge help....trying to test forgien games is a pain when you have to get up every min to restart the xbox  wink.gif

But something like this might take up too much mem. So if it's possible, awesome! but if it's not...the 5 feet of exercise will do me good  biggrin.gif

as for the controlers play no mercy you will knoe what im talking abought.

I play No Mercy quite a bit and I don't see issues with it. Please describe, maybe I'm just not noticing it. I use Project 64 with default settings.

i think the left thumbstick to select the mem pac or rumble pack is sort of pointless i by mistalkeyl press it all the time
wouldnt it be eaiser to just make it so both the pacs auto load on the start of a rom? i dont know if its possible but a suggestion

this emu is pretty good i admit that and the devs did a great job with it. play no mercy tount you see the tount repet itsself.  its not a majer bug just annoying whe  the anlong stick on ya.

anyways they relly should use a dill wrapper and use jabbos video plugins the compatbly will be near 100% then. just played beast wars in pj64 for the pc using jabbos plugins no issues at all.  then again using a wrapper will only take more memery from a aruldy very limited amount of ram. somone go slap jabbo for not letting us use his plugins lol.

I guess asking for netplay would be an act of futility at the moment, but boy does playing Mario Kart online seem like fun.  Double Dash has the tunneling software, but the no Japanese->English compatiblity kinda sucks for me.

You do realize you can add it yourself yes?

The readme adresses it. If someone as dumb as me can manage it, im sure you can too ; )

turbo can be done easy you just bring up the frame skip. and its a driver issue with beast wars not a memery. its a memry leak in rices driver cousing the xbox to run out of memery fix the leak you whont have a problem. as for the controlers play no mercy you will knoe what im talking abought.

Thanks for clearing that up Rice.

By the way, how's your video plugin coming?

...

I wouldnt start suggestion what the problem is, or how 'easy' it is, if you cannot spell such a simple word as 'memory'. Infact, i find it extreamily ironic (though quite logical when you think about it) that you cannot remember how to spell something that relates to remembering. = )

And if it is possible could the Audio Fix version of Project 64 also be ported so that you can play Hydro Thunder with sound and other games which had (no, weak or crackily) sounds.

BTW This Emu Kicks ASS!!!

If you are talking about PJ64 1.5 , its not open source, and probably never will be.

The nintendo 64 only has room for one pak at a time. The point of emulation is to emulate the N64, and the games are only expecting one pak to be present. It would probably cause alot of problems having to paks installed at once.

I'll ask oDD if he can make it configurable (I actually did before release, but he didnt have time).

A dill wrapper? What on earth is a dill wrapper?

The xbox doesnt need a 'wrapper' for directX (which is what jabo's plugin is based on) because that is its native environment. It needs a precompiled xbe of his code in order to run.

Please...stop posting. Its starting to become not so funny, and more annoying.

Something similar to xports emus whereby if you pick a rom for the first time and you set up all the pagefile memory settings and then pick one of the 3 cores, it will save that and upon launching it will play with what was configured last and not show any more settings unless a certain button is pressed on each game?

Would make for less fumbling once a good core was found for a specific game.
