Namco And Sega Xbox Emulators On Xbox?

not yet unfortunately, there was a thread about model 2 just recently actually... emulation on xbox isn't likely
daytona, sega rally and VF2 would rock on xbox though.

not really anything interesting on model 1, I think the 32x is the closest thing you'll find on xbox.

namco are Sega wannabes biggrin.gif

when it comes to arcade games they copy them-
Sega make VF, namco make tekken
Sega make Daytona, namco make ridge racer
Sega make Virtua Cop, namco make time crisis

Do you think "The Lost World-Jurassic Park" ever be emulated? That was a kickass arcade. I'd also like to see Star Wars Arcade emulated as well!!!

There is some Light Gub based J Park game that plays pretty well under Mameox, but I don't know if it is what you are looking for, regardless, at least it is something. smile.gif

As for Namco, yes Spawn was a spin off, and it DID SUCK MUCH ASS, most boring game I have played in a while. I-Ninja on the other hand was quite the blast to play, and seemed like a Mixture of Mario, Sonic, and Prince Of Persia (perhaps more) all in one, very very kool!

Ok, they're not the arcade versions but I managed to get virtua fighter and virtua cop running on my xbox.

I downloaded ISOs of each game (saturn versions), extracted the files with ISObuster, changed the main bootfile name to default.xbe.
Then I made the whole folder into an XISO using Xiso (of course, what better tool is there) and then put it into my Xbox!

You have to make sure you're using FlashFXP as a dashboard and you have to have the MXM7 BIOS with lab84 hack.

Be careful. Someone is bound to PM you with, "How did you get those games to work? I've tried what you said...." laugh.gif

That's old news.
Everyone knows how to play Saturn games on their Xbox.

And I agree about Namco ripping off Sega.  The Tekken engine (or any fighting game engine) is so elementary compared to Virtua Fighter's... especially in the last two releases.

Also. Does this work for only certain Saturn games, or all titles? and exactly what emulator do you use to play them?

Woo Woo Woo. I'm not everyone. This is new to me! Saturn games on xbox? I'd like to know how this is accomplished? Please, do tell!!!! This is very interesting and exciting. Virtua cop - fighter?!? Nice........!!! biggrin.gif

Also. Does this work for only certain Saturn games, or all titles? and exactly what emulator do you use to play them?

I already posted instructions on how to do that, RTMF, do you even know what an SEARCH button is, stupid n00bz.
And it works for all games, I tried a couple more saturn games just to make sure, but it works for all games, duh, stupid. Games are games, they can work on any system if its powerfull enought, and since the xbox is much more powerful then a saturn it will obviously be able to play the games.
You don't need a emulator, you just play it like a xbox game.

I helped you out this tme, but in futur do a f***ing serch, man, or youll get flamed muhaha.gif
