Are the emu's listed in the second post still the best out there?  Or is there a more current list since that post is almost a year old...

Just mod'ing my box now and wasn't sure what to go look for.

So is Surreal 64 still the best option for N64 emulation.  I tried the PJX64 and it is pretty much worthless.

yes

surreal 64 fdb v3 is the one you should get now

this is surreal 64 v1 but it has added features, this is the best one to get right now

PCSX2 will probably run on gentoox fine (if you don't mind getting less than 1fps).

Not useful but PS2 emulation is probbably as close as it's going to get to the xbox already.

As a side note someone has actually booted osx on a quadra using pearpc so nothing would surprise me anymore. (There's a saturn emu for the DC it runs slow as hell and can barely run the bios but it does work)

blink.gif  uh am i being stupid?, but why isn't there a saturn emulator is it cos it's crappy console and no1 can b bothered or it's too hard to emulate?
