120 Gig Hdd

The Samsung 120 is 5400rpm, lockable, runs quiet and cool.  7200rpm drives run very hot, and many people have added secondary cooling to overcome it.  Save yourself the hassle and just get the Samsung.  Available from ESystor for $95 shipped.

Also go for something with a good and high cache, it'll help with "backing up" games to your HDD, just makes the transfer a little faster. Personally i'd recommend the drive thats in my sig, which incase you're blind is the;

Maxtor 6Y120P0, 120GB, 7200RPM with 8MB Cache

But for a full list of known lockable and none lockable drives, check out this link...

Listen to devenic, because that is a really good harddrive. I also got mine from esystor.com for only $97 and there were no shitty mail in rebates (i hate those things). The drive is silent, cool running, and it is easily locked with config magic final. Hope this helps.
