For Kawa-X just browse through the supported games list in the text document included with the emu
and for FBAx i have the slightest clue, i've been using Kawa-X for my cps1-cps2 emulation, and so far the games i've thrown at it, have yet to have a problem loading and playing, These are mostly fave games not the complete rom set so i really wouldn't know
for a good look at the full list and reviews on Neo-Geo games i went to

and for a list of CPS2 games (no reviews here just a list) i went to
http://cps2shock.retrogames.comgo to game list, they also have some nice screenshots of the games to let you see what game you really want
As for CPS1 i haven't found a place yet that has a full list
