PCSXBox - PSX Emulator for XBox v8

What's New:

- Cleaned up video handling and rewrote some video routines resulting in
  about 10-20% framerate improvement.  For example, Castlevania SOTN
  ran at about 52 fps before, and now it runs at over 60fps with dips to 58fps
  from time to time.  

- Implemented P.E.Op.S. PSX Soft GPU v1.15 - relevant changes :
   + Fixed frame limitation if "old skipping method" is used
   + Added sprite x coord wrap (skullmonkey)

- Many miscellaneous bug fixes that were applied to the other recent emu releases

- Relax support

- Basically the same set of features as the most recent other emu ports I've done

Damn, new P.E.Op.S has been out for one day, and we already get a pcsx update !

The difference is huge. Many games seem to be running close to fullspeed now. 3D games benefit the most. I have noticed that the sound ocasionally speeds up or gets a little scratchy - but I think that this has more to do with the sound plugin than anything else.

Also I hate to be mentioning this after this wonderful update, but the 'Stop BGM Before Playing' has been broken.

Yay finally, Guilty Gear Plays very fine now ! its 100% speed,
imo you done a great job, though i'd like to see HW acceleration
but as there is no plugins sources, we just have to hope for one
of them to release the sources someday :)

Nice release though, im very happy with it.

The first versions didn't work on my Xbox,
but this time it's all functional. Great work  :P

i just tried GT:2 again

still no real performance increase. actually i think it broke it, the graphics are pretty jump , its reallw eird.. I did not do that in version 4...
