I can tell you exactly how to do it (my xbox is dead) but it's in the options, I remember changing it not long ago.

Just have a good look, also look through the specific game options (the one where you change gfx fixes)

caraeculo: You have to delete your old config files, because mapping changed since V4. This will bring back default mapping for V4 (or later).

Delete this dir:
E:UDATAffff051fFC41366546E

But beware that you'll be loosing your whole pcsx config & game prefs.

If it doesn't work, and you still got an "unusual" mapping, you can also delete this dir:
E:SAVESPCSXBOX

For the mapping problem, there is no need to delete any files.  Simply do the following:

Start playing game.  Bring up options menu.  Go to Configuration.  Go to Configure Controllers.  Now configure your controllers the way you want them.  Exit back to the game.  Settings are saved automatically for the game.  The next time you play that game, the controller settings you just specified will be used.

Alternately, you could, from the main menu, select "Configure Game", select the game you want to configure, and redo the controller settings from there.  Same thing.

QUOTE (winotron @ Jul 16 2003, 02:41 PM)
Quick question: will dual shock/analog support be added any time soon?  Or does the original PCSX not support this yet either?
Anyway, great emu, keep up the good work smile.gif

I don't think the problem is whether the original PCSX supports rumble or not, but the lack of an open source input plugin supporting rumble (or multi-tap, for that matter).

Sorry, I concentrated too much on the 'shock' part of Dual Shock, but I think the same thing applies - there needs to be an open source input plugin which supports analogue sticks before it will appear in PCSXbox. As far as I know, no such plugin exists.
