To answer your question, yes there are full sets that can be acquired for just about every console. Google for Good Tools and emulators or roms and it should pop them up. I know they exist because I have the NES one....it is like 8200 some odd roms big. Every Japanese and US version of every game=good sized file. Anyway I hope that helps...I pulled all of my roms sets off of DC++.

So there is no way to download the CONSOLEX COMPLETE USA Rom set then?
I dont mind if it isn't complete I just want to download it because it is sure to have a load!

I want the N64 one!!! Where do I get it from???  Its 3 gigs so I doubt it will be on a website!

Its ConsoleX not COMPLEX. COMPLEX never released a romset.

The ConsoleX romset sucked ass. It had like 19 BAD roms and 12 overdumps.

No, #xbins does not host roms, or warez, but keep dreaming.
