Parasite Eve now works perfect in bios mode with parasite eve cpu hack enabled (v9)

I'm playing P.E too and it's almost perfect... Speed is 100% but after day 3 the game started to lock up.. it's not a total emulator freeze i can still press the thumb and go into the menu... It happens randomly after day 3. I have to load my most recent save state and then it passes the part where it used to freeze and locks up later on in the game.. every hour or so this occurs. If you are passed day 3 and havn't had this issue then i know it's my image that must be bad.

Has anyone had any luck loading Azure Dreams? I ripped the CD into a .bin file with CDRWin and it won't load up, black screen on start. Has anyone else tested this game?

Also, is there any fix that will make the voices in Soul Reaver not lag? Right now, they're jittery and it takes forever for them to speak. (Only in gametime, not in cutscenes.)

Thanks.

Hogs of War - runs in bios mode - sound is a bit distorted - playable though

40 Winks - runs in Bios mode - OK.

It's been said before, but Silent Hill is still way too fast on either BIOS or HLE. I'm using the NTSC version on PCSX v9. Does the PAL version have the same problem? Any way to fix it? Already tried to turn on low res fps, old fps limiter, enabling CPU rendering, etc. and just about every switch in the emu. They either crash the game or don't fix the problem. It's a shame because other than that the game seems to have no major issues.

Got a problem here, savegames from Suikoden 1 can´t be read by Suikoden 2.
So it´s got to be a compatibilty problem.
Anyone know´s why? Or have a solution / answer to it? :/
kinda sad..

Thanks

Anyone got a solution for saving in FFTactics?

I change the value for the memory cards, at one point I was able to try to save my game, then it said that my card was defective and it went back to the Check Memory Card loop.

I tried using Save States. I've been able to load my game once or twice on 10 tries.

Otherwise, the game runs 99% with little hiccups in the sound during the movies.

Been having trouble with Final Fantasy Origins.  The topic here says it works in bios mode, I get an error everytime I try to run bios mode (am I doing something wrong? Does bios mode need to be setup someway, as I just installed psxbox v9)  In HLE mode it locks up in the beginning when it goes to access the memory card.  I guess this is more of a bios question, since I haven't gotten any of my games to load in bios mode without getting the same error.  " Can not load D:biosscph1001.bin. This sounds like I haven't set it up correctly, but I can't find anything on it.  Edit Er, nevermind realized I needed to download that bios and FFO seems to work fine now.  Sorry =/

It runs on a software render. If it were direct 3d or open gl then it would be faster. some games run perfect though.

If someone could find a good open source open gl or direct 3d plugin for pcsx then it might be possible but there really isnt any good open source plugins.

Magic Carpets works great in both modes. Only slowdown is during the opening fmvs.

Return Fire works in BIOS, but not in HLE. Also, no music played, but this could be because I had a few errors when ripping the game.
