There was a game between Rival Schools and Project Justice: Rival Schools 2. It was (confusingly) called Rival Schools 2 and only came out in Japan. I haven't played it, but from what I hear, it's an updated verion of the first game, not a true sequel, probably like the difference between Mutant Academy and Mutant Academy 2.

Rival Schools 2 and Project Justice are two very different games. They called Project Justice rival schools 2 in the usa because the real Rival Schools 2 for psx never came out in the usa. Rival Schools 2 for psx is a great game it has alot of new characters and mini games.

Thrill KIll works in V9 with default settings and bios mode. The problem is the warning screen is invisible so when the game starts you should see a black screen. Press X + A to get passed the warning screen.

Ehrgeiz update. (v9) Doesnt work in hle mode works almost perfect in bios mode some slow down in some of the more graphics intensive levels but nothing major. Some messages in rpg mode dont work and sometimes the message is vissible but the curser doesnt move.

To solve the Arrow pointer in Final Fantasy 7 on EPSX on pc I use Pete's PSX OPENGL gfx plugin wich has a gamefix called: Adjust Framebuffer access (only for FF7 batte cursor/swirl)
This makes the cursor show up
I don't know if this is of any use and I even don't know whether this plugin is open source but i thought I'd report it here anyway.

Silent Hill still runs too fast, regardless of whether "old fps" is on or not.  v9

hmm well you could try an older version limit fps and the option to let the cpu handle the gfx

Street fighter zero 3 does indeed run in BIOS mode but it only has sound effects, no back ground music, same in HLE mode (tested on Version 9)
