Start button works in UltraXLE-v1.0b.rar. Just watched the Zelda intro, with my jaw on the floor the whole time. WOW. I could have sworn I was running it on a N64.

edit: Started up Mario 64. PERFECT sound. Perfect graphics. I really can't belive this. =)

ultrahle is very old now and lacks alot of support for anything. older game yes will run but anything newer then like the first 10 n64 games. other games do not run or run relly buggy. this emu suffers simply from age. knothing agenst the guy who ported it but ultrahle has been superpassed but 1964 and pj64. like i stated on a older post it would make alot of sence to port 1964 being its faster the pj64.

Alright dick, tell me which emulator is better? Thats what I thought. This emulator was closed source for several years, and now its open, it can easily be brought up to speed with the rest, and is currently doing just that right now.

start works fine, Ive tested it with Mario 64, Mario Kart, Waveracer, and Zelda OT, they all work fine.  Pilotwings just hangs at a black screen.

im not being a dick its simply the limits of ultrahle. if your going to try inproving it goodluck but you got abought 100 or so games you would need to add support for and debug.

Please stop fighting. This is a day of joy. A week of joy. Two emulators for n64 has been released. Hug each other. Say "I'm sorry. Want to join me for a game of mario cart?".

I'm so happy. So, so happy. =)

MK TRILOGY runs perfectly *drool* as does Mario Kart and Mario 64....

Ultra XLE deserves the money....it runs much smoother from what I have tested...

get more games compatible and there will be no competition

Oh yeah, hope the "default.xbe" works as another filename, since I have to try and share rom folders with Pj64X... Will let everyone know. I am calling it "UltraHLE_default.xbe".

yea whatever just couse i knoe the limits of the emu your porting doesent make me a dick. oh and ultrahle is the fastest emu there is out there if you can only play abought 10 games, so there is one advantge over the rest.

First of all, you don't know the limits, second of all, your a dick because all you are posting is troll shit about how shitty you think this emulator is, when it has already superceded project64.

In case you haven't noticed, ultrahle 2064, which is based on vanilla ultrahle, already has a much higher level of compatibility. I don't know what the hell tells your peanut sized brain that compatibility can't increase in future revisions.

What? PJ64 sucked? No way! That emulator kicked ass! Stop being so negative all the time. Why do you have to bash everything all the time people?
